Garbage and recycling collection.

An important part of neighbourhood tidiness is the way the city collects garbage and recycling. I have been talking with the senior staff about placing emptied containers on the lawn so the sidewalk or driveway is not blocked. I have also asked if items that had blown out of the containers, or spilled in the process of being emptied, could be cleaned up.

To assist staff in determining the extent and scale of the concern, could you please email me pictures with the street address and date of instances where you think the standard of collection could be improved.
